Leadership and Ethical Decision-Making

Questions: 1. By what means will you characterize administrations job in the usage of the set of principles? 2. What do you feel is an effective correspondence plan for this undertaking? 3. In what manner will you instruct workers on the set of accepted rules? 4. In what manner will you evaluate consistence? 5. What are your proposals for managing change the board? Answers: 1. Associations need moral code lead since it gives the association direction and food that causes the organization people to settle on choices and do execution that are good to the estimations of the associations (Berry, 2007). For a code of moral direct to be operational, it must be embraced and safeguarded directly through the organization. Administrators and workforce, at all positions, must be offered with the fundamental preparing and food, and the code itself need be continued by appropriate remedial and shout out methodology. The tone at the top level directors must swarm through the foundation and the code must be saved by everybody. A code of moral lead might be acknowledged as an agreement'. In the midst of each one of those inside the organization, just as a revelation of outsiders in regards to the ethics they may envision of the foundation and those contained by it and aligned with it (Maddalena, 2007). There may likewise be a weight on specific members who wish to air business inside a moral setting. Be that as it may, just as a sign contention inside a corrective procedure, and an away from of the morals of conduct most likely. A code of moral lead is a gadget accessible to the foundation for really controlling the direct of staffs, the executives, subcontractors and other sequential specialists. It frames a constituent of a framework that objectives to receive the moral conduct. Helps may even be plunged from initiates who, on leaving the association, will be inclined to banter in more hopefully of the foundation and its goals. 2. The association will require a methodology for conveying the code to those moved by it. Official preparing is pondered. However, thought should initially be given to how primer awareness of a code of moral direct ought to be passed on around. In greater associations, a large number of those controlled by the code would have been made aware of it at the jump of the meeting methodology (Mills, 2003). For other people, their introduction to the code ought to highpoint the guides of sharing a code. How it will improve the remaining of the foundation by presenting clarity, and underwrite broadly held ethics, for example, reasonableness and deference all through. Or maybe, a scope of means ought to be utilized for broadcasting a code of moral direct. Printed versions ought to be kept in prevailing and effectively accessible destinations. Yet, as the original copy won't be a broad one, it may be reasonable for minor associations to dispense it to each one of those straightforwardly influ enced by it. The code might be scattered to outside investors in the electronic technique (Ncube Wasburn, 2006). The managerial body in exact ought to be made careful at an early period of whom to cooperation, on a cozy establishment, on the off chance that they have any inquiries. In certain affiliations, this may be an individual counsel. On the off chance that the method is led enterprisingly, the diagram of the closing code ought to be gotten by each one of those moved. Having propelled a solid code of moral direct, it bodes well to give it on the association's site. To represent to mindful outsiders checking existing and potential clients and vendors that an association that withstands extraordinary noticeable quality on high estimations of morals and execution (Nikoi, 2009). This will likewise guide a hopeful message to people thinking about searching for administration with the foundation. What's more, as for different perusers, printing the code may even help the execution o f the associations hostile to extortion and incitement approaches. 3. Preparing is a significant advance in presenting another code of moral lead. It is critical to clarify the basis behind the usage of a code what it is proposed to accomplish, and why a standards based methodology has been received. Besides, clients of the code will profit by pragmatic preparing on the most proficient method to settle on moral choices (Selart Johansen, 2010). On the off chance that representatives along with their supervisors and subcontractors have gotten suitable preparing including down to earth practices and had the chance to raise any worries, at that point the way toward installing the code into the association has just started. Without suitable preparing, there is a hazard that the presentation of the code will be seen as tyrant, or there might be a confusion that its sole intention is to cure the untrustworthy lead of the past (Stenmark Mumford, 2011). It is imperative that the preparation delicately addresses these issues, clarifying how the code is to be utilized in the activity, and making very much characterized that it identifies with everybody. Instructional meetings likewise offer an opportunity to test the code and characterize any surreptitiously defects in the recruiting of the code. In genuine, preparing is probably going to be progressively usable on the off chance that it coordinates down to earth examples as contextual analyses exhibiting conditions that the associations faculty and subcontractors may run over (Wells, 2003). Those joining the preparation ought to be approached to communicate their notions before conceivable substitute goals to the problems for the situation examines are given. Complex degrees of commitment slope to emerge from considerations in littler gatherings however musings rising up out of those discussions may likewise be taken care of back to the bigger get together (Stenmark Mumford, 2011). Along these lines, the utilization of huge contextual analyses improves the moral empathy and confirmation of staff and different representatives of the code. 4. Regardless of the size of the association and the limit of input amassed on a continuous balance, a code of moral lead must be assessed at steady intervals to guarantee that it is as yet fit for goals (Selart Johansen, 2010). Somewhat, the audit course ought to again contain workforces. They likely could be best enrolled to fathom the issues, award thoughts and propose reasonable improvements. The occasional audit improvement may progressively look for analysis from work force. An audit of different partners will create proof, just as conveying a client relations prospect. The association may likewise focus on its code of moral lead in opposition to those of equivalent associations, members, customer bases, contractual workers, and so on. (Nikoi, 2009), with an evaluation to perceive any zones where guaranteed revisions could be made. 5. Despite the manner in which the change incites, change the board is the system of taking a purposeful and composed technique to help bolster an association with the change. In its generally unobtrusive and usable structure, change the board includes busy with a partnerships partner congregations to enable them to perceive what the change suggests for them (Ncube Wasburn, 2006). Encouraging them make and withstand the changeover and operational to conquer any challenges concerned. From an administration point of view, it contains the authoritative and intuitive alterations that should be made to adjust and withstand change. References Berry, G. (2007). Shakespeares Measure for Measure :: Shakespeare Desire Plays Papers

Shakespeare's Measure for Measure This perusing of Measure for Measure will attempt to accomplish more than cause to notice the degree to which Shakespeare goes past the regular glad closure in this play. There are signs that the finishes of a significant number of the comedies are not so much intended to endure up to examination; in Jaquesâ ¹ words, their caring journeys are not victualâ ¹d for long. In Measure for Measure we are transparently tested to scrutinize the sufficiency of joining an upbeat consummation of a profoundly disturbing play. It appears that a harsh inquiry, with respect to human instinct and the sufficiency of the comic goals, can't be conceded any more. How would we save a network that will continue and empower the ethics after each Jaques gets his Jill? These were the feelings of trepidation that Jaques voiced, with terrible planning however better perspicacity in As You Like It. The endeavor to escape development and look for shelter in the creative mind was attempted on the grounds that th e common condition of common society put human respectability and temperance in grave risk. Fitting political measures are important to guarantee that the human restorations and new beginnings celebrated in the comedies can be safeguarded and cultivated when we leave Arden to continue our places in the workaday world. This perusing will recommend that Measure for Measure isn't a festival of family esteems, The play focuses towards both the political virtuosity which continues the comic oikos, and the humbler self-information that protects the trustworthiness of the virtuoso. Human righteousness must be picked in opportunity, yet we need not prevent ourselves the open door from securing guaranteeing that this decision isn't smothered by the unpretentiously related forces of dynamic intellectualism and animalistic need. It is in this way attractive that the moderate joys of humankind are uncovered furthering their best potential benefit; the statesmanâ ¹s task is to coordinate the se nsual energies of his subjects towards their actual realization. In this paper, we will worry about Shakespeareâ ¹s interestingly fragmented record of the procedure through which a self-maintained thinker ruler spurns consideration to protect his lewdly en-soiled dukedom. While the topic of this play is unequivocally political, Shakespeare isn't offering political plans. We should gain from his unrivaled capacity to portray and represent the operations of the human spirit. Verse is a device at the removal of the legislator and Shakespeare argues convincingly for the decency of his craft. Nonetheless, the creative mind can't make excellence in reality; no one but people can do this and they are affected by different variables that live outside the domain of the creative mind.

Dedication

Dedication What defines dedication? Is it any different from hard work? Is it born within some people and lacking in others? Can it be learned and mastered? When you have a particular goal in mind, more often than not one that will require a considerate amount of effort to achieve, what do you think of first? Do you think about how youll take the right steps to reach it? How youll start? Do you just run with it and address obstacles as they arise? As long as you devote yourself with passion you will reach a level of dedication; it seems fitting that nothing meaningful is ever accomplished were it not for dedication. A Lifestyle Dedication is not something we can pick up one day and put down another. Genuine passion, reason, commitment, and effort is what brings a vision into reality, something impossible without dedication. Begin to question why you do x, y, or z. Only by regularly asking this question can we hope to create a habit of dedicated effort. Finding what makes you excited can help you reach your ultimate vision. If youre curious about how you can better define a vision for yourself, consider reading my post on defining a vision. Defining a Vision Priorities All of us care about something, whether it be the ones we love, a popular movement, a goal for our progression into college and beyond, or anything and everything else. We come to find ourselves devoting consistent amounts of our time to these things. Enter prioritizing. Whenever we find ourselves having to make a choice of what to spend our time on, we always pick one thing over another. If youre a student, odds are this will go towards family, friends, classes, sports, and applications, along with any other commitments youve made. Take a close look at what youre involved in outside of the things everyone is required to do, and youll find that whatever youre doing is something that you have given priority to, not out of necessity but out of genuine interest. The battle over where to allocate valuable time becomes much easier when we are personally invested out of our own desire rather than out of a need to meet demands imposed upon us. This translates into a need for all of us to ac t upon high-value activities. These are just what they sound likeâ€"things that we do that are meaningful and helpful to our growth and ultimate progression to our goals and vision. Dedicated people not only participate in high-value activities; they excel within them. They have assigned a degree of importance to each activity that merits devoting significant amounts of time to its completion day in and day out. The Passion Postulate The phrase practice makes perfect is synonymous with commitment, for it is only through consistent time invested out of obligations that many of the goals we have are met. The fuel for why we engage in this consistent practice is passion. Were it not for passion, our work would be dull and our lives ultimately lacking in one of the larger spheres within the realm of fulfillment. Notice the frequent use of devotion within this post. Dedication and devotion are congruently reliant entities; it would not be dedication without devotion, and only through sincere devotion can dedication be achieved and visions fulfilled. Passion in the work we do defines meaning in it. The highest quality work we produce has, if even in trace amounts, passion within it. The presence of passion, however small or large, is what makes our work radiant. Similarly, the lack of passion makes this same work dull and frustrating. The same idea applies to many facets of life, but when it comes to choosing a major i n university, many students feel the stresses of practicality to be too daunting to risk a passion pursuit. My own response to this is to delve deeper into yourself. We spend far too much time looking outward and too little looking inward. A Glimpse Into Yourself The answer to your why x plan of study isnt solely outside. A huge part comes from within your own sense of reason and love for a particular vision, be it for yourself or humanity at large. Conveying this sense of passion and the dedication youve found through it is what will ultimately allow for you to show your genuine interest(s). It would be a waste to look anywhere and everywhere but the most important place of them allâ€"your heart and mind. Passion will not only fuel dedication; it will help you exceed your goals. Success is inevitable provided that the proper steps are taken and a sound heart and mind drive the journey. To learn more about a mindset conducive to success that will benefit you on your journey towards it, consider reading my post on a success-oriented mindset: A Success-Oriented Mindset Two Abodes Practicality stems from a sense of reason, housed within the intellect. Passion stems from a sense of love, housed within the heart. In order to become dedicated and exceed our goals, we ought to make full use of introspection into both of these places housed within us. Neglecting one would imbalance us, and neglecting both will destroy us at an even faster rate. Life is short. Time wasted is life wasted, and life isnt something we have the luxury to waste. May we look into ourselves lest we regret after losing our sight, for sight is among the greatest gifts we have been granted. Regards, Maaz Maaz Class of 2022 I am a Pre-Medical student studying Community Health with a concentration in Health Policy Administration interested in improving healthcare delivery systems through both public health and medical practice. How to Land a Consulting Job Offer Abroad

Management consulting is one of the most competitive industries to break into, and  it  can become even more difficult to enter  if you plan to work at  offices outside your school’s immediate region. Looking at this challenge primarily from the perspective of the MBA applicant, it is important to consider the ways you can best position yourself for success before you even step on-campus. This approach is important because once you are on-campus and committed to a program, your options may be limited with regards to maximizing your chances of landing an offer at an international office. Let’s explore a few criteria that should factor into your school selection if you aspire to work as a consultant in an international office: Location: Where is the location of your target program? Is this location in close proximity to the offices you are interested in? These are two very important questions to answer as you refine your target school list. The closer your school is to the region in which you wish to work, the better off you will be. As international as many management consulting companies claim to be, local hiring needs often still claim priority, with companies hiring the greatest number of employees from local business schools. Targeting MBA programs in close proximity to your desired office is a very savvy move if you are interested in working internationally in consulting. The Economic Reforms Of Argentina Essay - 1809 Words

In December 2015, Argentina’s newly elected â€Å"Cambiemos† party (Lets Change) announced it planned on lifting all restrictions on capital flows, allowing practically unlimited access to foreign currency in a process intended to push the peso’s value to float towards its true market value. The move to liberalize capital flows was a desperate attempt to increase exports and spur economic growth in an economy that has been battling low foreign reserves and double-digit inflation for the past several years. The free-market candidate, Mauricio Macri, was determined to restore investor confidence in Argentina, utterly destroyed by its 2002 record default, a lack of transparency in its economic institutions, and heavy state intervention. With the backing of big business, both domestic and foreign, Macri was able to mobilize a dissatisfied middle-class tired of the leftist protectionism of the past decade. The economic reforms came at a time of extreme political polar ization and civil unrest in Argentina. The Peronist candidate, Daniel Scioli, lost by a very slim margin, leaving the opposition eager to utilize any economic setbacks as political ammunition. For many Argentines, Macri’s neoliberal plans sound awfully reminiscent of the disastrous policies implemented by Carlos Menem in the 1990s. In other words, the convergence of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere of earth had been stayed decently co nsistent. Moreover, streams all through the fossil fuel stores specifically had been unimportant as this development through the years awaiting the Industrial Revolution occurred. On the other hand, it had been begun blazing fuels of fossil. On the other hand, to maintain the global temperature, the gas and oil industry prevent the sequences of events and reduce the organic wastages (Spilsbury and Spilsbury, 2012). Moreover, they have reached successfully to the level of consensus that plan supportive actions to cut back our use of fossil fuel. Apart from that, the activity to remove or reduce all in all GHG is released from the fuel of fossil, it should be taken as the initiative to burn and even capture and sequence the sources of GHGs, which already exist in the atmosphere of the earth. On the other hand, according to the protocol of United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, all nations should have the aim to fight against the Global Warming. In addition, to stop ris ky environmental intrusion along with the system of climate, each and every nation should pay more attention to the stabilization of the conservatory gas attentiveness inside the environment of earth. In the year 2005, the Kyoto Protocol was introduced by the UNFCCC, which defined a legally and formal compulsory harmony stuck between 191 nations and entrusting the convinced associates to diminish their emission of the greenhouse gasses with the help of specified target levels (de Spibus, Sterk and Tuerk, 2013). On the other hand, the certain innovative implications might be applied by different countries. In addition, the flexibility mechanism is provided by the Protocol of the UNFCCC. One of the significant factors of flexibility mechanism is the Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) (Jones, 2011). The key global challenges and issues facing the world oil and gas industry The gas and oil industry has been faced many economic challenges and environmental issues. In the last few decades, the global economic growth is rapidly increased but created much considerable pressure on the gas and oil sectors. Moreover, the geopolitics, extreme weather condition and other potentially disorderly factors which influence problems for the gas and oil industry. On the other hand, the countries contain small power over the availability of contribution and cost to their most important manufacture system. In addition, these types of systems have cost market to introduce generation systems that are adaptable. Therefore, these systems are including forms that can be naturally balanced or reconfigured to utilize an alternate or to create an alternate output. The outputs depend on two different factors such as asset accessibility and economic situations. On the other hand, the yields of huge scale creation systems might on occasion price extra to create additional value for business sector is wagering to recompense for parties. Whenever, in some circumstances happen, adaptable schemes might be changed by utilizing an alternate lower costing data, on the other hand, create alternate more attractive outcomes. The global energy trends Fossil fuels keep on commanding energy supplies, meeting more than 80% of the anticipated increment in essential energy request in this scenario. In other words, oil remains the single biggest fuel, with 66% of the expansion in oil use originating from the vehicle division. On another hand, Request comes to 92 Mb/d in 2010 and 115 mg/d in 2030, and the common gas request becomes speedier, driven for the most part by power period. It overwhelms coal as the world's second-biggest essential energy source before 2015. According to the situation, the offer of coal in world essential interest decay a small piece with interest development planned in China and India. Apart from that, the atomic force's piece of the pie decays possibly. As well as hydropower remains in widely stable condition. In the case of hydro renewable that includes followed issues such as biomass, geothermal, sun oriented, the wind, tidal and wave vitality, will stay level at 11%. The impact of recent oil investment Securing dependable and moderate energy will rely on satisfactory investment. The rate of investment in creating unprocessed petroleum generation limit in the Middle East and it is especially crucial for world energy markets. In other words, the current rates of investment in not high enough area to meet the difference that is relied upon to open up between worldwide oil interest and oil production limits in different parts the world. On the other hand, without earnest and sizable increments in Middle East investment which is a setback underway limit will develop. In addition, costs will rise and turned out to be more unpredictable to the long drag financial obstruction of both makers and customers. According to a report of the UNFCCC, under-investment likewise expresses brief security dangers. The rather low level of extra oil generation limit right is affected by any surprising loss of supply. As well as it has come about because of numerous years of under-investment in gas and oil industry (Spilsbury and Spilsbury, 2012). The effects of customer-producer discussion This collaboration influences the case for enhancing market conditions. On the other hand, for more powerful components of these relationships enhance trading data between oil makers and shoppers. Moreover, the instability encompassing the standpoint for worldwide energy markets has rarely important. Therefore, the length of time that the world economy keeps on expands their business. So, we can show confidence about interest for oil, what's more, different types of energy will increase due to that reason. The rate of development in essential energy needs and the blend of energies will rely on upon what move governments choose to make to control interest. The impact of UNFCCC meetings of COPs (conference of parties) in 2002 on oil producing country (Belize) According to this conference of parties, some major decisions regarding national communication had been taken in this meeting such as 10/CP.2, 2/CP.4, 8/CP.5 etc. During the process of reviewing the guidelines to prepare the national communication some Annex and non-Annex I had been introduced by UNFCCC to the parties. On the other hand, Belize is included in non-Annex I parties and it should implement these guidelines in order to improve their objectives, priorities and national circumstances. In addition, the operating entity of financial mechanism is managed by these guidelines to improve the national communication. The main objective of these guidelines is to provide sufficient information to bring out implementation plan and process of non-Annex I parties including Belize (unfccc, 2003). Implementation and effect of decisions on Belize In order to improve the national situation, Belize implemented strategies and measurements such as adaptation to climate change. As well as, they provide transparent and well developed methodologies to reflect their present financial condition. As Belize belongs from non-Annex I parties, so they had to obey decisions and many adverse effects occurred to make suitable inclusion in their communications. Conclusion The United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) should call this types useful meeting in every year and aware every nation about the dangerous impact of gas and oil sectors. The earths atmosphere is continuously damaged due to the air pollution. The rate of carbon dioxide is increased because the oil and gas industry burn fuels. In order to reduce the rate of temperature of the atmosphere, UNFCCC introduced some energy policies which are very effective in the climate change. The decisions of UNFCCC seriously influenced the financial condition of Belize because it belongs non-Annex I parties. In addition, the decisions were used to improve the national communication of Belize. References de Spibus, J., Sterk, W. and Tuerk, A. (2013). Analysis of Infinity Games

Questions: You are to complete the following task in the order given: Task A: Carry out user and task analysis. You must have a clear view of the users of this system. Consider that not everyone is comfortable with the technology. For example, you need to deal with user variation such as age or language skills. Perform a user analysis, i.e. characterise the users and identify your potential users. Clearly identify the tasks the potential users perform, and in what order. These are all user interface design considerations that you should take into account. Task B: Propose design and system requirements. Consolidate your findings from your user and task analysis with the given specifications into a design and system requirements. For example, the number of items to display, the screen size, what colours, how many different screens to display etc. Task C: Develop a low-fidelity prototype using Storyboard (a minimum of 4 screens). Based on the above requirements, develop a preliminary design of the web user interface. At this stage, the prototype is basically a medium to support your initial concept and ideas. For example, the prototype should show where the Business Hour button is located or would it be possible to fit 20 images aesthetically on a single page, etc? You can use paper-based (e.g. paper and colour pencils etc.) or screen based (e.g. painting software) to sketch your design. Low- fidelity prototyping is mainly to allow designers to produce alternative designs expediently without having to go into depth or functionality. Think of low-fidelity prototyping as the 5D tool for: design, draft, decide, discard and do-over. Task D: Obtain user feedback. Invite 3 4 potential users (e.g. friends, family members, classmates, etc.) to provide you with feedback of your low-fidelity prototype (your storyboard). Carry out the evaluation according to prescribed methods as in Chapter 4 of your textbook (Shneiderman Plaisant, 2010) or from other scholarly source. Use appropriate survey techniques. Analyse the data you have collected from the user evaluation and refine and improve on your initial design. Task E: Develop high-fidelity prototype based on the user test feedback and recommendations from Task D. The high-fidelity prototype should be a reasonably complete version for the Infinity Games website and does not need to work as a complete website. A minimum of 4 screens should be produced in correspondence to your Task C storyboard. High-fidelity prototype must be computer-drawn and any drawing software is acceptable. Task F: Write a report. Produce a report to document the tasks and the outcome of your efforts undertaken for the project. Remember, this report is intended for your employers. You need to document and support the viability of your website that is, to convince your employer that your webpage design is satisfactory and that it meets user acceptance test. Answers: Introduction The analysis has been done for the website which is related to infinity games. The website is just a simple and static website which describes the shop layout and the products present in the shop. So, the analysis has been done so that improvements may be done in the website. Different opinions have been taken from different types of users belonging to different age groups, different occupations. It has been analyzed whether the design of the website is adhered to the principles of design or not as bad design is always unpleasant and disturbs the visitors on the website. User Analysis The website has been designed to help the customers who have interest in the games, toys or playing cards. This website is designed for gaming business and users who like to visit the website lie in the age group of 15-60 years. The website has been designed with so much simplicity and it is user friendly as anyone can access or understand it easily. All of the design principles for a website are followed in this website. The pages of the website are similar to each other in terms of the background. According to the principles of design, any copyright notice should be kept at the bottom of the website. In this website, copyright notice has been kept at the bottom only as per the design principles. The color of the content should be proper and clear so that user does not find difficulty to read the content of the website. So, color chosen for the website is simple and good which does not affect the user to create complexity. According to the principles, navigation layout must work pro perly i.e. the links should navigate to the proper webpage. Navigation has been done properly in this website. The website has been designed with the use of high quality images and efficient textual description (Wirtz, Jakobs Ziefle, 2009). Task Analysis Tasks in a particular sequence that are usually performed by the users are as follows: Loading the website: This is the first task which is performed by any user. User loads the website by typing the url in address bar or by searching the website on any search engine. This is a very simple task and sometimes varies in terms of duration. Reading: Next task to the loading is Reading as user reads the information he sees after loading and checks whether he/she is surfing the right website or not. By reading the information on the loaded main page user is able to understand about the type of website he/she is surfing. This task is also much simple. Browsing: This is the third task followed by reading in which user actually starts browsing what they are looking for. For e.g., for this website user looks at the different products on different WebPages and start comparing them on the terms of price, features or compatibility. This task may be performed by the user as many times user wants. Navigation: This task of navigation gets automatically started once the browsing gets started. Navigation is basically done through links, buttons, menus, actionable items etc. Navigation is easy for those who keep on visiting various websites daily but difficult to understand for those who have little knowledge about computers. Design Requirements The website should adhere to the following design principles: Browser Windows Features: It should be ensured that the window of the browser should not contain scroll bars, instead only one window should be displayed. It should be kept in mind that all kinds of advertisements, pop-ups and multi level windows should not be opened, their use should be avoided. Navigation: Navigation to any page should be displayed in bold letters. It should be understandable by the visitor that where he/she is at presently. So, use of navigation must be proper. Menus having drop down hierarchies should be avoided. Usage of Graphics: It is important that the relevant types of graphics must be used. Animations in the website should be used when it is needed, else it should be avoided. Images should be put in the website with the alt tags. Icons used in the website should have a specific meaning and can be identified easily. Content Layout: The content written for the website should be simple and understandable to every visitor. Important information should be highlighted with bolded letters. Use of Links: There should be a clear difference between the links which have been visited and the links which have never been visited. The links which have been visited must be displayed with some other color than the actual color of the link so that it can be identified that it is a visited link. It is to ensure that there should be proper spacing between the names of the links so that they do not over-clutter with each other. Usage of Color an Background: It should be kept in mind that the colors which are dark and loud should be avoided for background purpose as there are so many kinds of visitors, the old aged visitor may feel difficulty to read content on the dark colored background. Similarly, the content of color should be kept sound to the background i.e. there should be a good contrast between the color of background and the color of the content so that content might remain readable for all visitors. Feedback form: A good website always must have a feedback form in the contact us page so that visitor may leave their feedback and the improvements must be made in the website accordingly. System Requirements All users should be able to access the system. The system should have good and understandable interfaces which are readable by the users. The interface must follow all the design principles for a website. The interface should be designed in a way that it should look same on all types of screens. Proper fonts and colors should be used. There should be proper pop-ups for displaying any error. User Acceptance Test User Acceptance Test has to be done for the website so that designers must know how can be website accepted by the users and if there are any issues, how those issues are to be solved. One of the efficient methods to perform User Acceptance Test is to take feedback from the different users and accordingly bringing up the news ideas and thoughts for the website. So, for this website Users Feedback has been taken by asking them different questions which are as follows: Please tell your age, income and current occupation. Do you have knowledge about computers? If yes, then how much? Did you feel any difficulty in accessing this website? What is your opinion for the website? What would you rate on a scale of 1-10 for this website? Therefore, on the basis of the above questions, feedback has been taken from three different users which is described in the next section. Users Feedback Feedback has been taken from three persons who belong to different occupations and different age groups. Feedback of those three visitors has been described as follows: Person1: Person 1 is a 62-years retired professor who is living his life on the pension income. He hardly has knowledge about the computer use. He hardly uses internet, if he does so, he uses it for news and Wikipedia purpose. Since he has little knowledge, so he can also access the simple websites, complex kind of website confuses him. His experience with this website is good as the website has been designed with so much simplicity. So, he did not feel difficulty and could easily surf the site. He rates the website as 8 on the scale of 1-10. Person2: Person 2 is a 19 year old college going boy and usually completes his assignments by surfing on the internet. Therefore, he has a good knowledge about computer and so internet. He may handle even the complex sites as he is aware of navigating the links and browsing the website. When this website was given to him for review, he could easily point out that the website is about gaming business as he has a lot of interest in gaming and all. He told that the website looked so simple and understandable that he got to know about every webpage so easily. He felt that the website should have more of multimedia things and content to make the website look more attractive and catchy. He rates the website as 7 on 10. Person3: Person 3 is a 45 year old homemaker who is graduated but does not earn money. She did not have much knowledge about the computers, but her son taught her the basics of computers and Smartphone. So, now she used to access many of the health related websites, recipe related websites, social networking websites such as facebook or instagram. She used to access the internet daily for 2-3 hours. When the website was given to her, she understood clearly that the website is about playing cards, boards games or toys but she was confused that these products can be bought online or not. She felt the site looks like ecommerce site. So, she recommended that if the website would contain ecommerce features, she would have taken the help from her son or someone else to buy some games. She said that website might look more beautiful and innovative if it becomes more colorful (Darejeh Singh, 2013). Walkthrough Scenarios Three walkthrough scenarios have been taken for the website considering the home page, contact page, and product pages. Walkthrough scenarios are as follows: HomePage: Loading the website. Read the mainpage i.e. homepage. Click on the navigation map. Navigate to other page. Return to home page. As person 1 has little knowledge about computers, so probably he might not make use of navigational menu. But person 2 and 3 used the navigation map to navigate to other webpage while person 1 just used the navigational menus on the top to navigate to the other webpage. Person 2 has also little knowledge of computers but she used to increase her pace as if she is adapted to the websites. Contact Page: Loading the website. Navigating to the contact page. Read the content on the contact page. Using the contact form and typing in the query. Exit or Return to the home page. This is a simple walkthrough that might take time from 40 seconds to 1minute. Person1 did not complete this walkthrough while person2 hardly took 25 seconds to complete the walkthrough and person 3 could complete it but took time of around 1 and half minutes. Product Page: Loading the website. Navigating to the product WebPages. Reading the details of a product one by one. Return to the home page. Exit This walkthrough scenario is bit different from the previous scenario and usually takes 1 minute to get complete. Person2 took around 40 seconds to get this walkthrough done while person 1 took around 3 minutes to get this done as he was not aware of going back to the homepage. Person 3 completed this walkthrough in around 2 minutes but she had to reload the entire session for returning to the homepage as she was also not aware of going back to the homepage (Axelsson, 2012). Conclusion In this report, principles of the design play a great role in determining the efficiency of the website. It is considered that if website follows the design principles, then the website has good interface else the bad interface leads to the unpleasant impression on the website. This analysis has been done by taking various feedbacks from various visitors so that designers might know where the improvement is required in the website. References Axelsson, A. (2012).
